Since you are a valued customer of Farmers, you now have the opportunity to enroll in home service protection plan provided by AHS that will help protect you against normal wear and tear breakdowns of your home's major systems and appliances, regardless of their age, make or model. * AHS is offering you a trustworthy solution to the problem of finding a reputable service technician who will show up on time, make the proper repair, and not over-charge you. Benefits:
* For a copy of the contract that details specific coverage, exclusions, and limitations, please call Darius Vasquez. Coverage excludes systems and appliances designated by the manufacturer as commercial. The trade service call fee applies to each visit by a service technician. Additional charges may apply for some repairs and replacements. AHS may provide cash back in lieu of replacement in the amount of AHS's actual cost, which at times may be less than retail pricing. Offer valid for new AHS customers only. Not valid for conjunction with real estate or current AHS contract renewal. Void where prohibited by law. Covers single family homes under 5,000 square feet.
